this is really bad. It uses the last 3 letters of an airports name (e.g. AND for Portland) instead of the standard airport designators (e.g., PDX) used by ever other agency in the world. There isn’t any way to enter intermediate stops so every leg must be entered as a separate trip!? And, all that information is already on your ticket.

What a waste of time. There doesnt appear to be a way to import your itinerary. The Help function is a joke - call my travel agent - seriously!!

Does not dump your trip data from the ViewTrip website. Instead you add generic flights one at a time. This app has no value beyond any other flight tracker. They have my entire trip on their site. Just let me dump it into here based on confirmation number.

When adding events to an itinerary, you have to repeat many steps such as Country and City. It would be nice to be able to set defaults to certain items such as Country. I have to scroll through all countries to select US. Very frustrating. I am able to type a search for the city but not the country.

This is quite possibly one of the worst apps on the Apple Store. Having to re-enter data thats already houses on the website is the crappiest functionality Ive ever seen. Dont waste your time on this app.

Even after reading all the bad reviews I still decided to download the app. I have a direct flight scheduled from Sacramento to Phoenix next month and figured they couldnt mess that up. Wrong. My flight leaving Sacramento wasnt even listed on the app. What a waste.

This app is ridiculous. On travelport it gives you an option to sign up for mobile updates. So of course I would imagine that my trip info would automatically appear on the mobile app. Nope! The brilliant person that developed this app though it was a good idea for you to have to manually enter all of your trip info. It is not user friendly either. So it is just as well to visit the travelport site on Safari. Total waste. Probably the most stupid app I have ever downloaded.

Had to manually input all flight info...did not allow input for rental car. I found it easier to just look at my emailed itinerary than inputting all the data again. Hopefully future editions will have better integration.

The app will not accept a travel itinerary reservation ID. It only will let me manually input all the segments of my flights and is not worth the time just spent trying to get the app working. Im giving up and will use the normal web page instead of this crappy app.

You kidding me? Add each flight manually and when you need to make a correction it doesnt save any flight info youve entered and so you start over?

I see all these one star reviews complaining about having to manually enter trip details, but they must have updated the app. When I logged in, every piece of my trip was already loaded and ready to go. App does exactly what I would have expected and its much easier than carrying around a paper itinerary.

I like this app. All my details are easily accessible. Ive not had to add anything myself. Its a nice go to app when Im on the road.

The app used to work better but now it doesnt sync between the web login and the app login. There is even no ability to add your trip using the ViewTrip reservation code. You have to manually enter each flight. What is the point? I now just email the itinerary and then forward it to TripIt which adds all the trip details correctly.

Like everyone else said. You need to reenter every piece of information. It will not pull it from you reservation.

This follows my criteria for an app: its easy to use and it does what it says its doing to do. Based on the ugly one-star comments from last summer, I think a major upgrade may have occurred this fall. Im headed on a trip to Cozumel next week. My travel agent recommended that I setup an account with ViewTrip then download this app. I set up the account through the ViewTrip website (mytripandmore.com). I used the "CONF" number associated with my flight. The website pulled up all of my trip information. Then I downloaded the app. As soon as I signed in (with my e-mail address and PW from the website) my trip was sitting there in the "my trips" window. I didnt have to enter ANYTHING about the trip. I opened it up and was given the "next travel step" in my journey. It had details and info about the airport where I was departing, it told me if the flight was on schedule AND it had the current temp and weather forecast for Cozumel! I think thats awesome! Unless I find something tremendously stupid happening as I use the app during the course of my trip...Id say this is a winner!

Dont bother

Worked really well about a year ago. Now, it only tells me I have no current trips. Hope theyre paying attention to these reviews. This app needs some serious help.

I find no use for this app. The web site has everything by just entering my reservation number. The app requires me to input the trip information. NO, NOT HAPPENING!! My current reservation has 8 different flights. The currency converter does not include any of the countries I am visiting. Useless
