This app is good to keep your flying tickets organized. But could be improved to also store other trip-related information such as car rental booking info, hotel voucher, restaurant reservation, museum pass tickets, and so on. Even digitalized documents like mileage cards, VIP area access cards, etc. Then, it will be really a Trip Planner!

Customer information insecure

Why is it not possible to add a travel booking by Galilieo-ID + Name?!? Thats crucial as the auto entry seems to be defunct...

I registered my email address via web but the login via iPhone failed (perhaps due to special characters in the password) . Its not possible to change the password on the website… no hints & tips on faq-site

Why cant we enter our confirmation number? This would make things much easier.

I tried, I really tried. I use the viewport all the time when I travel, mainly to synch my itinerary with my calendar. That functionality is pretty much all that I use it for. When I saw the app mentioned on the viewport site, I figured, GREAT, things will be better. I figured I could enter my itinerary number and populate the app with my travel info, then it would automatically update my calendar. NOPE. Even when I followed their convoluted instruction to export the itinerary to my app, it didnt work. DO NOT BOTHER DOWNLOADING until they fix the bugs, improve the functionality, and make it relevant.

Not only can I not download with my trip information. Even my name is wrong in the home screen even though my email address is correct. This is almost the most useless app I have ever used.

So exited to get the mobile app but Disappointed that we cant just input the reservation ID and get all the info right there. Too complicated to use if we have several stop-overs. Had to re-enter everything a few times before realizing how to use it. This app needs to be improved. Thank you.

I registered on the website, downloaded app, used the name and password from the site and BOOM! All my flight details on phone, plus extra info about where I was staying at the time. No problems at all. Well 3-4 months later and I cant get this app to work properly. My flight used to auto populate once I had my flight confirmation emailed to me and now this no longer happens. Trying to manually enter the flights is too much of a hassle. I emailed the support email address months ago and heard nothing back... Skip this one folks. Shame could be really useful.

No longer possible to auto populate trips, and since the carrier I use has changed its flight times they are not even listed to be added. And it used to be great. Zero response from feedback either.

The ability to add your itinerary from travelport view trip is very difficult. Not a very useful app.

Terrible app or connectivity issue. Attempting to login returns an error "login credentials incorrect". Attempt to recover password returns error "this email address not registered". Attempt to register returns error "member with that email address already exists"! Sent an email to support and no response.

With all the reviews clearly indicating the app log in doesnt work, its sad it still hasnt been fixed. A big fail.

Very bad. Not working anymore since update and I wrote them 3 email. Never got responded. Our business travel agency even follow up up and nothing resolved.

This app does not work. You need to create an account online before you create your in-app account and then they dont sync so you cannot access your trip in the mobile app at all. They tell you to click on a non-existent link in the trip confirmation email and thus you cannot get to your trip on the mobile app.

Like the title does what it says

Very useful app, but temperature forecast is not. Since it often indicates higher temp than actual one, I strongly recommend to check other weather websites...otherwise you would have cold!
